Howies Scuba

Do you have photographs of marine life that has not yet been covered in the creature feature section of this website. Would you like to give something back to our local diving community and help build a catalogue of the marine life in our waters, do you want to help all divers to our local shores identify the marine life around them. If so please follow these simple guidelines.

Submissions: If you would like to contribute to this section please feel free to forward your photographs via the email address below. Please note photographs should not be duplicates of marine life already identified in this section as this would not be moving the website forward, so please check out the Creature Feature section before submitting.

To be included in this website please provide only photographs of marine life you have seen during shore dives along the Perth area, even if the photograph itself was taken somewhere else, for example at Rottnest Isl. However please state the location the photograph was taken and provide which shore dive you have also seen this marine life on.

For example: Scalyfin photographed at Rottnest Isl. however also seen at Robbs Jetty etc..

All images need to be less than 200Kb in size (if possible), with dimensions of (w)15 cm x (h)11.25 cm (landscape) or (w) 11.25 cm x (h) 15 cm (portrait), landscape photographs are preferred. The providers of images also have to accept that these images may need to be modified for the website.

All submissions will be credited to the provider of the submitted photograph so please provide your name. Ideally please try and identify the marine life prior to submission and include this as its' image/file name, if this is not possible then identify this in the image/file name as unidentified.

YOU MUST ONLY PROVIDE IMAGES THAT YOU OWN THE COPYRIGHT ON.
